THE POSITION Responsible for managing the administration and social media interaction of a growing business Major Accountabilities:- Managing: • The day to day administration of the business • The communications interaction and social media engagement for the business • Filing, diaries, invoicing, payments. • Consolidation and payment of VAT and PAYE • Payroll • Petty cash • App-related scheduling and responsiveness • Assisting business with day-to-day requirements including arranging of meetings Skills and attributes:- Experience in: • Admin and office management • Pastel • Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills • Social media usage and engagement incl. Twitter, Facebook, emails and App store (Apple and Google) review management • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Deadline orientation Technical skills • Solid MS Office capability • Sound Twitter, Facebook and related social media understanding as well as Apple iStore and Google Play store
