#VisionBoardParty 2019 Hosted by Selebogo 'DrLifesgud' Molefe

When: 9 February 2019 from 10:00 a.m.

Where: JoziHub

Background: Ok fam, 2019 is looking at us with hunger. What it doesn't know is that we're ready to slay it moertu! To do that though, we need a plan of action. To have a dope plan of action, one needs a craze yet dope vision for themselves at a personal level for 2019. I do these #visionboardparties regularly cause the more i work with working professionals, entrepreneurs and students is the more i realise, we have dreams & plans for everything BUT ourselves. So I'm organizing this because when bouncing ideas off a group of like-minded people, we get refined ideas about what to do when alone. Come with a bountiful spirit. I will also share some tools that I use when we go away on #visionboardretreats to exotic destinations around Africa! (PS: next trip, end of February in Mozambique if you're keen @ R7345.00 a pop all inclusive for 3 nights / 4 days) See you on Saturday. PS: Bring the following: A clear mind and a great smile A pair of scissors or 2 (for others) Highlighters, markers and pens Lots and lots of old magazines (sharing is caring, some have little) Glue Some even do photos of themselves; don't be shy ;-) BE ON-TIME; we start at 10:00 am soa rrive between 9 and 9:30 please. Your own A3 or A2 poster to stick your dreams on (very cheap at CNA) Own refreshments (although you can order from restuarants in the area whilst busy) What to wear: Be very comfortable in your skin, i'll be wearing shorts if it's warm enough. We understand that it's been scientifically proven that a little bit of alcohol increases the flow of creative juices but we humbly ask you do not bring alcohol to this party :-D What is a vision board? A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goals. It is literally a board that you create and display of images and words that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life. Why create a vision board? Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do. It's more effective than writing down intentions in a notebook because our brains inherently love and act on visual cues. Having a daily visual reminder of your dreams/goals forces you subconsciously act on them even in subtle ways. Hey Oprah & Steve Harvey use it so there must be something there right! The exercise of creating a vision board positively sets the intentions and energy for our actions Source: Make a Vision Board More info here http://qkt.io/SPWLKR
